Pagan Pride Day 2000 was a complete success. Over 200 people came by to see the speakers and special Elvendrums performance. This year the event was held as a benefit for Wayside Waifs, and had a silent auction for the Witches' Voice. By the end of the event, PPD3 had collected $915 for Witches' Voice and $1511.24 in cash and physical donations for Wayside Waifs.

"This has been my second PPD and like the first one Raven was the first to greet me as I arrived. The tradition begins. This is a greeting and a hug that has touched me in a cellular level. It will live and flourish as I pass it on and now that you have read about it, to keep it alive you must pass it on.

"Merry we met & Merry we Parted
to Merry meet again...
ONE COMMUNITY!"
– Kaithlyn (Kansas City)

We'd like to give special thanks to:
Candledark Internet Solutions for the web space
Elvendrums for coming out and giving an incredible performance!
Heartland Spiritual Alliance for the donation of the water, and all the other help
The Rune, we always like good press
and, of course, WaySide Waifs for being part of the Kansas City community
